Call the office directly or respond to office text message reminders to confirm, reschedule or cancel appointments. Appointments MUST be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time to avoid incurring a $75 No Show Fee/Late Cancellation Fee.

Please be advised that the 24-hour notice DOES NOT apply to in-office procedures, and surgeries. In accordance with our office policy, in-office procedures and surgical appointments require a 72-hour notice of cancellation to avoid a $150 No Show/Late Cancellation Fee.

If your appointment is scheduled for Monday, we must receive your notice of appointment cancellation on the Friday of the previous week by 12pm. If your appointment is on a Thursday, we must receive your notice of appointment cancellation before 5pm on Tuesday.

No Show/Late Cancellation Fees Must be paid in full before future appointments will be scheduled.
